17th century farmhouse, full of character with beams and inglenook fireplaces, set in beautiful countryside on a working farm. Our quiet location is off a countryside lane, four miles from historic Rye.

Our Oast is completely original and can be found as it was when hops were grown here twelve years ago.

Full English and Vegetarian breakfast. Good nearby country pubs for evening meals.

Directions:

Follow the A268 London road out of Rye and up Rye Hill. Travel 3 miles through Peasmarsh village and up the hill. Turn right just after the Flackley Ash Hotel. New House Farm is just over half a mile away on the right. Please drive slowly over the cattle grid!
