A delightful converted barn in ANOB, Peasmarsh, near Rye East Sussex.

All on one level - suitable for people who have difficulty with stairs.

Pond Cottage a character barn situated on a working sheep and fruit farm, surrounded by beautiful, undulating countryside.
With interesting and exposed beams throughout the cottage has, besides the comfortable lounge/diner, a well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms ( one double, one twin) and 2 shower rooms. It is a peaceful retreat after a days sightseeing for both couples and families.

The garden borders a natural pond and is enclosed with shrubs and roses. Just over the fence are several acres of orchards. There is a patio with garden furniture and parking for two cars.

NB The Pond is very deep and although fenced, there should be strict supervision of children at all times to avoid accidents.

Peasmarsh is a small village with two pubs, a village shop and a family owned award winning supermarket with a garage. A footpath leads from the cottage to the village in one direction and to Rye in the other.
